About the teacher
Bronte
Bronte commenced dance with baby ballet at the age of three.
She was hooked on ballet by five when she commenced the first of her 12 years with Alegria Dance Studio.
At school, Bronte jumped at dance opportunities both at Bondi Beach Public and Rose Bay Secondary College. This included performances at Regional and State dance festivals, School Spectacular and dance tours in Japan and Indonesia. During her early high school years Bronte spent two years in the NSW State Dance Ensemble where she extended her capacity as a contemporary dancer.
She was successful in auditioning for Newtown High School of the Performing Arts for her senior school years. On graduation from Newtown in 2020 Bronte was awarded a Graduating Dance medal, the equivalent of honours for dance.
In 2021 Bronte undertook both her Professional dance training (Certificate iv in Dance) at Brent St Academy of Performing Arts and her Barre teacher training.
Bronte is currently a member of the Brigitta Dance Project company. She is also auditioning for local and international dance opportunities.
